Shipping

We ship from our workshop in Latvia to addresses across Europe.

Processing time

Every ladder is made to order in small batches. Orders ship within 2–4 business days.

Shipping within Europe

Shipping is free on all orders within Europe. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping outside Europe

We also ship outside Europe. Additional shipping costs apply and are calculated at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Packaging

The wall ladder ships in one box, roughly 230 x 30 x 10 cm. It's a manageable one-person carry, but you may find it easier with a second pair of hands.
