Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your EZORA ladder. If it isn't right for your home, you can return it.

Free 30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to decide. To start a return, email info@ezoradesign.com with your order number. We'll arrange a free pickup — you don't pay for return shipping, even on a large item like the ladder.

Condition

Please return items unused and in their original packaging where possible, so they make it back to us undamaged.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.

Your legal right to cancel

If you're an EU consumer, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, separate from our own policy. Our 30-day window is simply longer and more generous than that legal minimum.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away with photos and your order number, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
