Every EZORA wall ladder is backed by a 2-year warranty.
What's covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and structural issues under normal household use — things like faulty hardware, delamination of the plywood, or a rung that fails under normal load.
What's not covered
- Damage from installation that didn't follow our mounting guide
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or loads beyond the 200 kg rating
- Normal wear to the finish over time
- Damage from mounting on a wall type the included hardware isn't rated for — see our mounting guide for the right fixings
Making a claim
Email info@ezoradesign.com with your order number, a description of the issue and a few photos. We'll get back to you with next steps — usually a replacement part, a repair, or a replacement unit.
